Warm a small amount of Nigella oil in your hands and gently massage it into your face and body. For maximum effectiveness, apply to slightly damp skin.
To soften its spicy smell, you can mix it with another vegetable oil like argan oil.

après 15 jours d'utilisation, l'huile apaise ma peau, calme mon eczéma franchement je revis

J'utilise l'huile en combo avec l'huile visage régénére depuis plus d' un mois , très contente du résultat : diminution des pores dilatés mais surtout grains de peau plus lisse et pas de pb de peau après mes expositions au soleil !
